If You Have a Drug Felony on Your Record Can You Get on Housing in Arkansas?

Question by Trish: If you have a drug felony on your record can you get on housing in arkansas?
My mother is 44yrs old. Has been off parole for 5 years or more. My father and her have been married for 25 years and he all of a sudden kicked her out on the street. She has no where to go and is living out of her truck. She has a job, doesn’t make much but has one. I just need to know how to help her because I hate seeing her live like this and I can’t let her move in with me because I live in income based apartments and I can get evicted for letting someone move in with me. Please help if you can.

Can he legally do that in Arkansas? Isn’t it her home, too? Ask the local church, and are there friends or relatives who can take her in? Good luck!
